RN MedSurg - Full Time Nights

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within a patient care team.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate care plans effectively.
• Monitor patient conditions, document assessments, and respond appropriately to changes.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications; seek growth opportunities.
• Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment.

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
