Registered Nurse Temp (RN) - Adult Emergency Department

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Acts as a frontline representative, communicating effectively with patients, families, and care providers.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate care, prioritize patient flow, and document assessments and interventions accurately.
• Advocate for patients and provide health education to patients and families.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Mentor and foster growth among nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.

• Associates Degree in Nursing or higher (Bachelor's preferred).
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
