Role:
Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient flow and care plans.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and providing education to patients and families.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications; engage in ongoing development.
• Mentor and support peer growth, fostering a positive work environment.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards in all duties.

• Associate, Diploma, or Bachelors in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment and contribute to quality improvement.
