RN Charge Nurse - MedSurg, FT Days

Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist in care planning, and deliver safe, effective care per policies.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications; pursue growth opportunities.
• Mentor and support colleagues, foster a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards.
• Support shared governance and contribute to a culture of safety, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license (multi-state or single-state) and BLS certification required.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills.
