Registered Nurse - MedSurg Nights

Role Overview:

This position is for an experienced Med Surg RN supporting a high-impact, multi-campus care team. You will provide personalized, evidence-based nursing care, build meaningful connections with patients and families, and promote top clinical outcomes.

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative environment, contributing to team engagement and performance improvement projects.
• Lead in applying evidence-based practices and participate in research and safety initiatives.
• Plan proactively across the patient care journey, shaping protocols to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
• RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required); specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience; proficiency in computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
