Registered Nurse - MedSurg Night Shift

Role Overview: The position involves providing high-quality, personalized nursing care within a dynamic, multi-campus healthcare team. As a Med Surg RN, you will lead the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring evidence-based outcomes and building meaningful patient relationships.

• Deliver evidence-based, personalized care while assessing and evaluating patient needs.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative environment promoting teamwork and staff engagement.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Lead in applying evidence-based practices, contributing to patient safety and quality improvements.
• Plan care proactively, develop protocols, and optimize resource utilization to enhance patient experiences.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred.
• RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required); national specialty certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience, with proficiency in computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and technology skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, with strong critical thinking and time management skills.
