Role Overview

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient advocacy and satisfaction.

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care following policies and documentation standards.
• Address patient and family concerns, educate on health issues, and promote patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals for quality and safety.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and participation in professional organizations.
• Mentor fellow nurses, foster a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to organizational policies and codes of conduct.

• Associate or Bachelor of Nursing degree.
• Licenses and certifications including RN license, BLS, ACLS, and appropriate state or multi-state licensure.
