Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team. The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. The role emphasizes patient advocacy, safety, confidentiality, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.

• Responsibilities:
  Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, ensure safe and effective care delivery, and document all clinical activities.
• Address patient concerns, educate patients and families, and promote patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts, contribute ideas, and support organizational initiatives aimed at better outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional competence through certifications, training, and involvement in professional organizations. Foster growth of colleagues via mentorship and preceptorship.
