PRN Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Nurse

Role: PRN Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities: Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment, collaborate with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers, participate in program development, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams, and utilize the Epic EMR platform.

Qualifications & Skills: Certification as an ACNP or PA, ability to work independently in critical care, strong collaborative and communication skills, and experience with high-acuity patient management is preferred.

Key Duties: Provide expert care to critically ill patients, contribute to the development of the ICU program, support quality and safety initiatives, and help shape critical care delivery in a newly established hospital.
