Role Overview

Registered Nurses deliver high-quality patient care by collaborating with care teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments. They act as intermediaries between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient advocacy, safety, and satisfaction. The role involves participating in performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional competence, and supporting shared governance activities.

• Patient Care & Coordination:
  Monitor, evaluate, and assist with care plans, prioritize patient needs, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction:
  Address concerns, educate patients and families, and promote patient-centered care.
• Performance Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support organizational initiatives for better outcomes.
• Professional Development:
  Maintain licenses, certifications, and engage in ongoing training and leadership growth.
• Leadership & Mentorship:
  Foster team development, adhere to standards, and promote the nursing profession.

• Associate or Bachelor of Nursing (preferred).
• Current BLS certification and RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
