RN Medsurg – Fulltime – Nights

Role Overview:

This position is for an experienced Med Surg RN supporting a high-impact, multi-campus care team.

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment through evaluation.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
• Drive excellent clinical outcomes using current best practices.
• Foster a safe, respectful team environment and contribute to staff engagement and retention.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Lead in applying evidence-based practices and support continuous improvement through research and patient safety efforts.
• Plan care proactively, shape protocols, and ensure efficient use of resources.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (state or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; national specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with data entry proficiency.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and tech skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, with critical thinking and time management skills.
