Registered Nurse – MedSurg Night Shift

Role Overview: The position involves providing high-quality, personalized nursing care in a Med Surg setting as part of a high-impact, multi-campus team. You will drive clinical excellence, foster teamwork, and support professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care by owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment and participate in performance improvement and research initiatives.
• Lead in applying evidence-based practices and support continuous improvements through data and safety initiatives.
• Plan proactively across the patient care journey, shaping protocols to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills; ability to remain calm in emergencies.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
