Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Day Shift

Role Overview: This position is for an experienced Registered Nurse supporting a high-impact, multi-campus Med Surg team in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

• Plan proactively across patient care, shape protocols to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions, and manage resources efficiently.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred.
• RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required); specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and computer data entry skills.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technological skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, with strong critical thinking, time management, and decision-making abilities.
