Role Overview:

Provides high-quality nursing services as a frontline member of the patient care team, serving as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions; develop and implement care plans; ensure effective care delivery and documentation.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and promoting patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals for quality and safety.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards.
• Adhere to policies, confidentiality, safety, and shared governance principles.

• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license (RN) and required certifications including BLS, ACLS, or equivalent upon hire.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
