RN Charge Nurse – MedSurg – Nights

This role is for a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within a patient care team.
Key duties include

• assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• collaborating with team members to develop and communicate care plans
• monitoring patient conditions and documenting care activities
• advocating for patient and family needs to ensure satisfaction
• participating in performance improvement initiatives and maintaining professional competence
• mentoring and supporting colleagues to foster a positive work environment
• upholding confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
• supporting organizational goals through shared governance and quality initiatives

Qualifications include an associate’s or diploma in nursing (bachelor’s preferred),
current RN licensure (multi-state or single-state), and BLS certification
