Registered Nurse; RN

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a collaborative patient care team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Patient Care & Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient conditions; deliver care according to established plans; document assessments, interventions, and outcomes; prioritize patient flow.
• Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address patient and family concerns; educate on health issues; communicate effectively with care team; promote patient- and family-centered care.
• Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements; support initiatives to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, staff morale, and organizational performance.
• Professional Development & Leadership: Maintain licensure and certifications; pursue ongoing training; mentor colleagues; uphold standards of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism; promote the nursing profession.

Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, current RN license (single state or multi-state), and BLS certification. Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and commitment to quality care. Maintains professional growth and adheres to organizational policies.
