Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a collaborative patient care team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs to promote positive outcomes. They serve as a key link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, assisting with care plans and prioritizing daily patient flow.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating vital information to families and care teams.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, supporting organizational goals for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professionalism and confidentiality.
• Adhere to policies, standards, and codes of conduct, supporting shared governance and organizational values.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and instructor certifications as required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to professional growth and excellence.
