Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care according to policies.
• Prioritize and coordinate patient flow to optimize outcomes and experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care, education, and incidents.
• Advocate for patients by listening to concerns, providing education, and communicating effectively with families and staff.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing patient care and staff satisfaction.
• Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and pursue ongoing development and leadership growth.
• Mentor and support the growth of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licenses and certifications: RN license (single-state or multi-state), BLS certification upon hire.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
