RN Med Surg – Nights

Role Overview:

A registered nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating relevant information to families and team members.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development to stay current with industry best practices.
• Mentor and support colleagues, promote a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare setting and prioritize effectively.
