RN Charge Nurse – PRN Nights

Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They act as a key communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

• Monitor, evaluate, and coordinate patient care to promote positive outcomes and safety.
• Assist in developing and executing care plans, applying independent judgment, and documenting assessments and interventions.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring effective communication.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to improve quality, satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing professional growth and leadership development.
• Mentor and support peers, fostering a positive work environment and adhering to all safety and confidentiality standards.

• Associate or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Multi-state RN license or single-state license, as applicable.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
