Role Overview:

This position involves providing compassionate patient care as an LPN across multiple healthcare facilities within a supportive health system. The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and professional growth, supporting diverse units and patient needs.

• Deliver skilled care under RN supervision, including assessments, procedures, and interventions.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient support and monitor changes in patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families on self-care and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and effective communication within teams.
• Participate in ongoing training, in-services, and projects to enhance skills and contribute to success.

• High school diploma or equivalent; current LPN license in the relevant state.
• At least 3+ years of recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, organization, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
