Role Overview:
Join a high-impact, multi-campus care team as a Med Surg RN supporting diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care by owning the full nursing process
- build meaningful connections with patients and families
- contribute to teamwork, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
- mentor fellow nurses
- apply and promote evidence-based practices
- participate in research and patient safety efforts
- proactively manage resources and care planning to enhance patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
- Requires an accredited nursing program graduate, RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with computer data entry proficiency
- Preferred certifications include BSN and specialty certifications
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills
- demonstrate calmness under pressure
- exhibit strong critical thinking, time management, and adherence to evidence-based practices
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus
