Registered Nurse – Medical​/Surgical

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions; assist in care planning and prioritize patient flow.
• Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies; maintain confidentiality and safety standards.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate families on health issues.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational change.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing growth and leadership development.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Demonstrate professional competence, communication, and teamwork skills.
