You will be responsible for proactive resource management, care planning, and shaping protocols to enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
- RN license (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- 2+ years recent Med Surg experience (required)
- Proficiency in computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
