Registered Nurse; RN Emergency Department – PRN

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs in a supportive environment. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions; assist in care planning and prioritize patient flow.
• Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and communicating vital information.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional licenses, engage in ongoing training, and contribute to professional growth and leadership.
• Mentor peers, promote a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards and integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in compliance with organizational policies.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid RN licensure with certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS upon hire.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
