The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to develop and adjust care plans.
- Deliver safe, effective care following policies and document all assessments and interventions.
- Advocate for patients and educate families, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Maintain professional competency through ongoing education and certifications.
- Mentor and support fellow nurses, promoting a positive work environment.
- Adhere to confidentiality, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and quality improvement.
