Registered Nurse – Critical Care; ICU Night Shift

Role Overview: A Float LPN supports multiple healthcare facilities within a health system, providing high-quality patient care, education, and collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate patient care under RN supervision, including assessments, procedures, and interventions.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services and respond to patient condition changes.
• Educate patients and families on self-care and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively within the team.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid LPN license in the state.
• Minimum of 3+ years recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize patient safety.
