RN Medsurg Nights

We seek an experienced Med Surg RN to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization. This position involves delivering personalized, evidence-based nursing care, building strong patient and family relationships, and contributing to quality outcomes.

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Foster teamwork in a respectful, safe environment while engaging in performance improvement projects and shared governance.
• Lead and participate in applying evidence-based practices, supporting continuous improvement through research and patient safety initiatives.
• Plan proactively for patient care, shaping protocols to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions, while managing resources efficiently.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
• RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certification (required).
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience, with proficiency in computer data entry and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, including comfort with Microsoft Office and managing high-pressure situations.
• Excellent critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
