Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote outcomes and well-being.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas for process enhancements.
• Support professional growth through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and foster development of other nurses, promoting a positive work environment.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, demonstrating integrity and accountability.

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• 1-2 years of Med Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
