RN Charge Nurse – MedSurg

Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative team environment.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; collaborate on care plans; ensure documentation accuracy; advocate for patient needs; participate in performance improvement initiatives; mentor and support colleagues; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred); valid RN license and BLS certification; minimum of two years leadership and Med Surg experience preferred. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalism. Maintains ongoing professional growth and adheres to organizational policies.

Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care; coordinate daily patient flow; foster patient and family satisfaction; contribute to quality improvement; support shared governance; and promote a positive work environment.
