Start your new career as a Quality Auditor with MAU at John Deere in Grovetown, GA. As a Quality Auditor, you will inspect manufactured and purchased parts and assemblies to ensure product quality while identifying corrective and preventive actions to maintain manufacturing standards. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection procedures

* Ability to read and interpret part and assembly prints, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications

* Experience using precision gauges, measuring tools, and inspection equipment

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Ability to analyze data and document findings clearly

* Willingness to work required overtime and occasional Saturdays

What You'll Do as a Quality Auditor:

* Inspect manufactured and purchased parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards

* Conduct special quality investigations and gather data to determine corrective or preventive actions

* Work from part prints, assembly drawings, and manufacturing specifications

* Measure relationships of part features using layout techniques and precision measuring equipment

* Set up and operate CMM equipment to verify adherence to specifications

* Prepare clear and concise reports with findings and recommendations for corrective actions

* Perform destructive and non-destructive testing when required

* Plot inspection data on graphs and charts for analysis

* Disassemble or assemble parts for inspection or testing

* Operate test equipment and run off machines for quality verification

* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain product quality

* Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties

* Perform other related duties as assigned
