Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration units and control panels;
Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues to ensure optimal system performance;
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and minimize downtime;
Manage refrigerant handling, inventory control, and vendor relationships to support timely repairs and compliance;
Supervise and mentor field teams, providing hands-on training and evaluating skill development.
