Warehouse Logistics Manager

Overview

Warehouse Logistics Manager – Grovetown, GA. Responsible for managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations, P&L, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety. Exempt salaried position paid twice per month with annual salary $80,000–$88,000, based on experience.

1st shift:
Monday – Friday (6:00am –3:30pm)

• Manage performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations and operate the account accordingly.
• Handle payroll, analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to assess account profitability, and provide financial and operational reports to senior management.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor quotations for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.
• Hold safety & security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and maintain flexibility to work various shifts.

• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required.
• Excellent knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations (advanced).
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced).
• Strong leadership, motivational and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills within a diverse team environment.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word).
• Bilingual English and French (for Quebec locations only) is a plus.
