Join the Battleford Housing Authority as a Tenant Services Coordinator, delivering essential support for stable tenancies and quality housing services. This full-time position focuses on tenant relations and leasing coordination.
As a key player in the team, you will report to the Tenant Services Manager and assist with tenant inquiries, lease management, and liaising with community resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond effectively to tenant inquiries and concerns
• Conduct tenant orientations and leasing processes
• Coordinate support services with community agencies

• Maintain tenant records and administrative files
Requirements:
• Diploma in human services or related field
• Two years of relevant experience preferred
• Understanding of community support services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
