At Chartwell Royal on Gordon, you'll engage in various administrative duties while fostering positive relationships with the community. From managing files to processing financial transactions, your work will support the smooth operation of the residence. Be the welcoming face that enhances the lives of residents daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep department files organized and up to date
• Direct incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
• Answer calls and welcome visitors to the residence
• Handle daily financial responsibilities including deposits
• Address and escalate resident concerns as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a similar reception or administrative role
• Basic knowledge of office practices and bookkeeping
• Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
