Compensation Range: $44,000 up to $55,000 annually
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that combines financial coordination with front-office support and client interaction.
In this position, you’ll play a key role in helping our accounting operations while also ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients, vendors, and team members. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments
- Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support the month-end closing and financial reporting related to AR
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general inquiries
- Coordinate incoming mail, courier deliveries, and office communications
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling meetings and supporting office operations
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and leadership teams
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems
- Previous front desk or office administration experience
- Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and able to learn new software programs quickly
- Visual Manufacturing ERP
