In this position, you will support the Property Manager and Resident Manager, handling tenant data entry, A/R adjustments, and rent roll analysis. It is essential to demonstrate knowledge of property management regulations and excellent customer service skills. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative functions for property management
• Conduct data entry for tenant-related information
• Prepare necessary adjustments and legal notices
• Analyze and maintain monthly rent roll accuracy
• Provide superior service to enhance resident satisfaction
Requirements:
• 2-3 years post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act and real estate
• Yardi software knowledge is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
