In this role, you will engage with Team Members and store leaders in a vibrant environment. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, scheduling, and facilitating team meetings, ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to store leaders and Team Members
• Facilitate recruitment and orientation for new Team Members
• Manage scheduling and attendance tracking efficiently
• Coordinate training programs and events for Team Members
• Administer the Team Member uniform program
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
• Initiative and problem-solving mindset
