The University of Guelph-Humber is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to its Marketing department. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of administrative experience, a diploma in business administration, and strong Microsoft Office skills. You will manage scheduling, assist in data entry, and ensure accurate documentation for institutional adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar for Department Head
• Provide administrative support and note taking
• Review and align expense reports and invoices
• Organize records, files, and documentation
• Assist with correspondence and email communications
Requirements:
• Diploma in business administration or related field
• Minimum two years' work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
