Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with staff scheduling and coverage coordination
• Help prepare payroll data entry and verification

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in administration or related field
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a non-profit setting is a plus
