This part-time, on-site role offers 24 hours a week on a one-year contract. You will assist with calendar management, project support, and event organization while ensuring efficient operations within the academic context. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar and schedule for the Department Head
• Provide minutes and note taking during meetings
• Review expense reports and invoices for accuracy
• Organize and maintain documentation with precision
• Support institutional events and departmental needs
Requirements:
• Diploma in business administration or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with data management experience
