In this permanent, unionized position, you will enter and manage data in the UPS systems. You’ll also assist with legal documentation and provide support to management teams. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be key as you work independently and handle various tasks in a bustling warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data accurately into UPS systems
• Check and forward legal/customs documentation
• Provide administrative support to management teams
• Assist with dispatch and customer concerns
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. without assistance
• Proficiency in MS Office and other software
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
