The Assistant Resident Manager oversees the daily operations of assigned buildings, ensuring cleanliness and tenant satisfaction. This full-time role requires a rotating schedule with weekend and on-call availability. Key responsibilities include light maintenance tasks, administrative duties, and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and apartment units
• Assist with seasonal outdoor cleaning and minor repairs
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain organized rental office
• Monitor phone inquiries and ensure tenant satisfaction
• Handle paperwork for inspections and rent collection
Requirements:
• High School diploma or 3 years of cleaning experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email/web
• Knowledge of relevant policies and legislation is a plus
• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong customer service skills
