As a Relief Receptionist, you will manage multiple communication channels and act as the key point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.
Your role will involve coordinating information delivery, directing calls, and facilitating support for individuals facing housing challenges. Experience and a passion for community service will enable you to thrive in this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls accurately
• Ensure confidentiality of client information and support requests
• Refer clients to appropriate services and staff
• Collaborate closely with UHHS administrative teams
• Facilitate the timely handling of mail and packages
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience
• Post-secondary diploma in administration preferred
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of community resources in Toronto for homeless populations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
