Guelph Chiropractic Health Centre is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

We are a family-friendly multidisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic care and rehabilitation services in a welcoming and supportive environment. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive workplace where team members enjoy coming to work each day.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients and creating a positive first impression
  • Scheduling appointments and managing clinic calendars
  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with patient intake and administrative tasks
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and learning clinic software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous reception, customer service, or healthcare experience is an asset but not required
