In this role, you will work closely with the Library's administrative leadership, fostering collaboration and supporting essential HR functions. You will be tasked with managing correspondence, travel, and the preparation of financial documents while ensuring adherence to operational guidelines. Strong attention to detail and initiative are critical for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure HR processes for library staff run smoothly
• Manage confidential correspondence and prepare meeting materials
• Coordinate travel plans and expense claims efficiently
• Participate in enhancing library operations and reputation
• Provide backup support across administrative teams
Requirements:
• One year of relevant community college education
• Experience of 27 months to 3 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of collective agreements and HR policies
