You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Answer phones and handle email inquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with patient intake and various administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in computer usage and software learning
• Previous reception or healthcare experience is an asset
• Attention to detail in all tasks
