In this hybrid position, your primary focus will be adhering to Ontario's Digital Service Standards and implementing product delivery frameworks. You'll actively engage with Agile and SCRUM methodologies to develop epics, features, and user stories.
Your role will significantly contribute to the success of digital product development and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product backlog management for effective execution
• Develop epics and user stories as part of project flow
• Implement Agile methodologies across various projects
• Utilize Microsoft tools, including Visio and Miro boards
• Ensure adherence to Ontario Digital Service Standards
Requirements:
• Proficient in Salesforce and Dev Ops tools for tracking
• Experience with Ontario Service Design Playbook essential
• Strong understanding of digital product development
• Background in Agile, Lean, and SCRUM methodologies
• Proven skills in managing product backlogs efficiently
