Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance monitoring and supervision frameworks for distributors
• Lead and document distributor audits and findings
• Investigate and report on distributor conduct issues
• Manage all licensing activities for compliance
• Develop and deliver quarterly market conduct reports
Requirements:
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in the industry
• Advanced leadership and communication abilities
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations
• Experience with audits and risk assessment
• Excellent analytical skills in regulatory environments
