Harris is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Manager skilled in proposal management from initiation to submission. You will tackle major proposals involving multiple international teams and will ensure alignment with win strategies for WESCAM's MX-Series systems. This role includes mentoring staff and enhancing proposal processes to improve win probabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex, strategic project initiatives with minimal oversight

• Analyze customer requirements and develop compliant proposals

• Facilitate Pursue-No Pursue and Bid-No Bid decisions

• Construct proposal schedules and assign team duties

• Conduct red team reviews and ensure proposal quality
Requirements:

• 16+ years in bids and proposals within defense/aerospace

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools

• Strong skills in proposal writing and editing

• Understand DoD/DND acquisition processes

• Experience in complex aerospace/defense product sales
